Indus Healing Clay

INDUS HEALING CLAY,  a prime ‘Skin Care Product’ of Indus Resources Canada, is composed of 100% natural Bentonite clay.
As modern research is catching up with ancient wisdom, Indus Healing Clay makes it apparent just how useful this clay could be in its topical use as great natural skin and hair care product.
The unique characteristics of ‘Special type of Bentonite’, used in Indus Healing Clay, and its effectiveness as a ‘Facial & Body Mask’, is described in detail in the last paragraph of this page.

HOW INDUS HEALING CLAY WORKS :

Indus Healing Clay is highly absorbent in nature.
Indus Healing Clay is highly ‘Porous’ in its structure, and the pores are significantly larger in diameter, which makes it ‘highly absorbent.’ This strong sponge like absorbing capacity of the clay, enables it to pull out & retain toxins from the skin, making Indus Healing Clay, one of the best Facial & Body masks.

Indus Healing Clay, mixed with water, in it’s  ‘Wet-State’, becomes ‘Active’ and carries ‘Negative Electrical Charge’.
All impurities, bacterial or toxins, deep pore penetrated  or  existing on the surface of the skin, carry a  positive electrical charge.
The positively charged impurities and toxins are attracted towards the negatively charged surface of the applied wet clay mask, which acts like a magnet to pull out the impurities and toxins from the skin. The ‘High Electrical Conductive Property’ of the Indus Healing clay in wet-state, accelerates the free movement of the negative charges all along the surface of the applied mask. Hence the process of pulling out the impurities and toxins from the skin is made faster & more effective.

Indus Healing Clay is very rich in its ‘Mineralogical-Composition’ and contains almost all ‘⇓ Essential-Minerals⇓ ’,
Essential-Minerals are necessary for the healthy development of the human skin. Indus Healing Clay’s high electrical conductivity, also results in faster Ion-exchanges of vital minerals from the wet mask of the clay to the ‘Skin Pores’, making the  process of re-mineralizing and nourishment of the skin more effective. This process of transferring vital minerals from the clay mask to the skin, repairs damaged tissues and rejuvenates the skin. It’s an exfoliant and has collagen forming properties, making it ‘Anti-ageing’ by reducing fine lines and wrinkles and gives a glowing, fresh, healthier, younger look to the skin.

The Unique Characteristics of ‘Special type of Bentonite’, used in ‘Indus Healing Clay’

Researchers of Indus Resources Canada have tested several types of Bentonite Clays, collected from different parts of the world, using most advanced facilities of high-end laboratories of the world. In order to do a comparative study of all the different types of Bentonite samples, a combination of some analytical techniques such as, X-ray Fluorescence (XRF), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Infrared Spectral (IR) analysis, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Electrical Resistivity measurements were performed, to find out
(1)  Mineralogical and Chemical Compositions.
(2)  Physical and Electrical Properties (Electrical Resistivity, Conductivity and CEC)
Bentonite of Indus Healing Clay has the following ‘Unique Characteristics’, which makes it one of the most effective as a ‘Facial and Body Mask’

Bentonite of Indus Healing Clay is extremely rich in its mineralogical & chemical composition, and contains almost all elements found in the human body, including the ‘Essential, Macro & Micro Minerals’, that the human skin needs and are crucial for its health and development.
Macro minerals are needed in large doses and include Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, chloride and Sulfur.
Micro minerals or Trace Minerals are needed in small doses and include Iron, Manganese, Copper, Zinc, Cobalt, Strontium, Tin, Silicon, Nickel, Silver, Zirconium, Vanadium, Germanium etc.

The pore size distributions of ‘Bentonite of Indus Healing Clay’, revealed that the ‘Selected Bentonite’ is ‘Highly Absorbent’ in nature, i.e. It has more absorbing capacity to pull out and retain toxins from the skin and makes it the one of the best raw material for Facial and Body mask.
Bentonite of Indus  Healing Clay, in a wet state, has a very ‘Low Electrical Resistivity‘ , Less than 1 Ω-m, which makes it ‘Highly- Conductive’.
The high conductive property of the wet Bentonite clay mask applied on the human skin, accelerates the process of pulling out its impurities and  toxins from the skin. It also makes the transfer of ‘Essential Minerals’ from the applied clay mask to the skin faster, hence making Bentonite of Indus Healing Clay, one of the best choice for a Facial & Body Mask.

Comparative studies of all the Bentonite samples from different parts of the world resulted in selecting, ‘Indus River Valley’ as the source of Bentonite for, ‘INDUS HEALING CLAY’. The exact location of the source of this Bentonite is to the west of the Indus River, located in the mountain range of province of Sindh, in Pakistan. The mining site of Indus Healing Clay is exactly 378 Km away from one of the largest ancient settlements of ‘Indus Valley Civilization’, called ‘Mohenjo-Daro’, which means ‘ Mound of the Dead Men’. , built around 2500 BCE.
‘Indus River’, original native name ‘Sindhu’, is one of the longest rivers in Asia, having total length of 3180 Km. The river flows through China, India and almost 93% of its total length, through Pakistan. Indus Valley Civilization’ , flourished in the basins of the Indus River, which mostly flows through the length of Pakistan.
INDUS HEALING CLAY  is ‘100% Natural Bentonite’,  Sun- Dried in open area, near the mine site,  in extremely high  temperatures that even reaches as high as 111º F, for eight months, from March to October, every year.
